Becoming parents is one of the most profound transitions a couple will ever experience. While it brings joy and meaning, it can also surface deep attachment needs, stress, and moments of disconnection - especially in the perinatal period.

This training is designed for therapists, birth professionals, and perinatal mental health providers who want to understand and support the couple bond as a foundation for family well-being. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment science, you’ll learn how a secure romantic connection between parents directly shapes a baby’s emotional development - and how to help couples find their way back to each other during this vulnerable time.
