As a group, we are committed to a non-judgmental experience. We all look through a lens that honors what makes us human. We are relational beings, hard-wired to connect. What makes us different is where we want to be especially open, curious and never presume that we are experts. We welcome all, including sexual orientation, age, race, disability, ethnicity/national origin, gender identity and religious/spiritual affiliation. Some of our counselors have specific training and experience working with the LGBTQ+ population. If you would like to be paired with one of these counselors, please let our care coordinator know.

What sets Red Therapy Group apart?
Red Therapy Group (RTG) provides a collective of like-minded therapists to the public. RTG therapists are committed to excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and work together to provide a non-judgmental and safe therapeutic experience for clients.
Each RTG therapist has their own independent private practice and ownership of their clients. RTG commits to empower, equip and embrace the collective of therapists in their ongoing development as they learn and practice the model of EFT. RTG holds the belief that a positive team culture, safe learning environment, peer support and collaboration lead to clinical excellence.
Interested in joining the team?
If you’re interested in joining Red Therapy Group, please email a resume and cover letter to info@redtherapygroup.com. RTG is not actively seeking contract therapists or graduate level student interns at this time, but we always welcome an application for future consideration. All applicants are required to have an interest in learning and practicing EFT. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed the EFT Externship.
