Why This Training
Many EFT therapists know the model - but struggle in the room:
You feel deeply with your couples, but lose direction
You get pulled into content, problem-solving, or escalation
You’re attuned… but unsure what to do next
Attunement without focus drifts. Focus without attunement feels mechanical.
EFT requires both - and the ability to move fluidly between them in real time.
This training is about strengthening that bridge.
What We’ll Focus On
This experiential training will explore:
The felt sense of attunement - how to tune into your own somatic signals as a guide
How to identify what truly matters in the session and let the rest fall away
Tracking emotion while maintaining EFT structure
Staying focused during escalation, withdrawal, or therapist self-doubt
Using yourself intentionally as an instrument of change
Making smaller, cleaner interventions that deepen bonding moments
This is not about doing more.
It’s about doing less - with greater clarity and impact.
Who This Training Is For
This training is designed for:
EFT therapists with a working knowledge of the model
Clinicians who value depth, presence, and relational safety
Therapists wanting to refine clinical instincts - not memorize techniques
Those craving an embodied, in-person learning experience
This is not an introductory EFT training. *Pre-requisite - EFT externship.
