Kelly Bourque, LMFT

Kelly is the owner of Red Therapy Group. With 20 years of experience, she works exclusively with couples, facilitating 3-day private intensives. Outside of therapy, Kelly spends her time mentoring other therapists, managing the group practice, providing webinars, writing and speaking. She says therapy is her first love. “My clients show me the magic of humanity. I’m often moved to tears as I watch people find their way back to themselves and each other.”

Kelly loves to work efficiently and with focus. She wants to help as many couples as she can - so she’s committed to getting them where they need to be as quickly as possible. Kelly’s ideal client is a couple that is confident they want to rebuild something together and have a common goal of connection. She also attracts couples where one partner is a therapist. If you don’t want to waste your time, aren’t in crisis and just want the best relationship you can have - Kelly’s your girl.

Kelly holds a License in Marriage and Family Therapy in the state of TN and is a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFCT), a Certified Emotionally Focused Individual Therapist (EFIT) and a Certified EFT Supervisor. Kelly is also an AAMFT (American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists) Approved Supervisor.

When not working, Kelly loves spending time with her three children and husband. They enjoy streaming the latest top-notch shows and love to travel.
